A few weeks back I was talking with my cousin and at one point he mentioned that he wants to start-up a business
after his daytime job.

So off-course I asked what kind of business he’s going to start, because he’s doing different kind of things all the time.
‘Well’ he said, ‘I want to make some money with alternative healing practices, like Reiki, Aroma therapy, Shiatsu etc…’
I immediately encouraged him to create a site for this and offered my skills to help him do this.
But because of the work for my site I didn’t had any time to do anything for his site.

He all-ready registered the following URL
http://www.alternatieve-geneeswijzen.com/.
The site itself will be primary in Dutch language (I don’t think people from the USA are coming over to his practice? Or he must be that good off-course )
Maybe in the future it will be translated into multiple languages.

So the next few days I’ll primary work on my cousin’s site but this don’t mean I wont update this site. (There’s still some work to do also for this site, I know   )

Today I came by an interesting article.
A site called ReviewMe!.
You can sign up immediately, but they’re very strict on who gets selected.
But if you make the cut, then you can get your hands dirty.

You then can write a review on your site for the sites that are paying you to do this.
If I came by this reading earlier, then i surely would posted it into this previous post

Too bad I did’nt make the cut yet, due to the lack of visitors and rating on Technorati.
So at the moment I’m registred there, but not able to write reviews but I’m working on that

Continent #3 has found my site
Yesterday the Google analytics tool showed the first hit from Asia, Sri Lanka.
(A country that I’ve been on holiday in 1999)

So hopefully in the near future Africa an Oceania are following.
In the meanwhile I’ll keep on promoting this website on the internet

I’ve been looking into advertisement sites lately, like Google AdSense that everyone surely knows.
But are there others?

On the following link I’ve found a lot of them with an overview of your payout chances.
A few of them I’m going to investigate a little bit more in detail.
Like Affiliate Sensor and Clicksor for sure.
And if I get the amount of monthly pageviews required (5000 to 25000) maybe Burst!Media and RealTechnetwork will
be some good advertisement programs?

But with these sites you don’t have actual control on your “Ads”.
So maybe I can find some people who are willing to pay to get their advertisement on this site?

Well the good thing is that posting the RSS feed on different sites is helping me to attract visitors.
Now I need them to come back and back and back…
The hits from the USA are coming in as is the rest of Europe.

The bad news is that the grand total stays the same for now , but that’s not the main priority now.
So for now I’ll keep investing my time in promoting the site.
