Last week I received a mail from a sales person at IGEL, telling that if I needed some tickets to attend CeBit, I just had to send her a mail and she’ll send some. I immediately mailed back to thank her and told her that tickets are always welcome. This Monday I received a letter with 5 tickets I can use to go to CeBit. Thx to the nice people at IGEL and especially my contact person there.
You don’t know what CeBit is?
CeBIT is the world’s largest trade fair showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions for home and work environments. The key target groups are users from industry, the wholesale/retail sector, skilled trades, banks, the services sector, government agencies, science and all users passionate about technology. CeBIT offers an international platform for comparing notes on current industry trends, networking, and product presentations.
Deutsche Messe AG has organized CeBIT in Hannover each spring since 1986. Over 6,200 exhibitors from around 70 countries and some 430,000 visitors from all over the world attended the last CeBIT.
This year, I will be one of these 430.000 visitors.
CeBit will open its doors at Hannover, Germany from March 4 until March 9.
I will take some pictures while I’m there to make some posts out of it afterwards.
What about you, is anyone of you going?
