He has been racing karts since a young age- 8 i belive- and his father asked him seriously if this was the career for him- he said it was and he worked tirelessly to help his son achieve his dreams.

He had a pretty good start to his F1 career with 5 consecutive podium finishes and ended up joint second in the standings with his more illustrious team mate - double world champion Fernando Alonso.
