Dubai do have nice buildings like such. But with that design, I guess they must implement a concrete physics methods/formula to have that tower built :D

Does anyone else feel like Dubai releases plans for some extravagant building every other day? This building looks very cool, but it just doesn’t seem possible.

Anything is possible in Dubai!
I had been to Dubai 2 yrs ago on a short vacation (going again this April). The boom there is beyond imagination. I was awestruck by the indoor ski slope.
At that time, they had lot in plan - Hydropolis, a chess city, completion of the marina, the world’s biggest mall.
They just think of something and go ahead and implement !

I am not an engineer or an architect, but I agree, that this design appears rather suspect. I can’t imagine the bottom floors being able to rotate with the amount of weight from the floors above. Another interesting Stumble from you!
