What are some tips on starting a business type thing in which i do odd jobs, ect. Im a 15 year old and i may talk to my friend about starting one together.

I’m looking at starting a new business with a partner and we are trying to figure out what percentage of profit should be filtered back into the business. the business pertains to the travel industry.
