I used http://www.javasigns.com/ for a bunch of custom signs in the past & found them to be a great options also. They have some cool tools that allow you to design the signs right in your browser.

I have a friend that will be 30 in a few months, so one of these big street signs could be funny. I’m not sure what to put on it yet!
